Satya leads the sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. For her, yoga and meditation are a natural remedy and a basic tool to observe, know and learn about oneself. Passionate about this practice, charismatic and magnetic, Satya will awaken your senses and make you feel the benefits of yoga in an effective way.
Isabel teaches on Wednesdays and Fridays. Initiated in Vinyasa and therapy in Los Angeles, Isabel completed her training studying Iyengar and Ashtanga in India. Since then she has been organising classes, workshops and spiritual retreats in Spain and the USA for over fifteen years.

LEVELS AND LANGUAGES
Guided classes adapted to all levels, taught in English and Spanish.
SCHEDULE
Classes are from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 10.15am. Breakfasts are served until 11am.
PRICES AND WHAT IS INCLUDED
The Yoga+Breakfast Pack costs 32€. It includes the class, mats for the class and a natural breakfast with freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruit, eggs, natural yoghurt, cereals, dried fruit and freshly baked pastries. We also offer you the breakfast option for 20€; directly and without reservation.
RULES
– You must reserve your place; only then can we organise the sessions and ensure that the capacity is optimal.
– Please confirm the date before booking, as it will not be possible to change it.
– You should arrive at the practice at 8.45am and be very punctual in order to register and prepare calmly. Please note that, in order not to disturb your fellow students, you will not be able to join in once the session has started.
– It is not allowed to take photos during the classes.
ARE YOU PREGNANT?
If you are less than 15 weeks pregnant or more than 7 months pregnant, then we recommend that you go straight to our healthy breakfast.
